We are collaborating with a brand new Artist. Lili Todd is the amazing illustrator behind our Magic Hour range, featuring surreal colours, quirky creatures and uplifting sentiments.
Lili is a California based illustrator whose work has appeared in LA Times Comics, high-profile social media collabs and merchandise for global trainer brands.
She regularly organizes makers' markets, curates pop-up events, and teaches creative art workshops across Southern California.
In Lili's own words:
When people encounter my work, I want them to feel inspired to create. I aim for my art to feel playful, simple, and joyful - work that meets people where they are, with roots in the ground and a head in the clouds. At its core, my practice is deeply human.
My work centers on motivating people to be themselves wholeheartedly. “Being yourself” is far more complex than it’s often made out to be, and that ongoing pursuit is at the heart of my art practice and what I hope to encourage in others.
Like many people, I navigate anxiety daily and have experienced periods when moving forward felt especially difficult. My work speaks to that anxious inner voice, offering comfort, validation, and reassurance. Anxiety is a universal experience, whether fleeting or overwhelming, and sometimes simply being human can feel like its own challenge.
When I create work that feels comforting and empowering to me, I think about who else might need to hear these messages. I often think of my mother, who has spent her life caring for family members with mental illness. Her strength and empathy inspire me; even someone as resilient as she is deserves moments of uplift, encouragement, and hope. I see my work as offering small but meaningful moments of relief - gentle reminders for caregivers, anxious minds, and anyone who needs reassurance that they are not alone.
Ultimately, the message my art offers is simple:
Trust yourself. Move forward with grace. And remember to enjoy the journey.
